While we have always thought Control4 was a reliable and well designed solution, their latest operating system, OS3, has been a radical departure from their previous user experience and we believe this new direction brings them in line with our focus here at Mozaic on simplicity and ease of use. Also, with new product designs such as the Neo Handheld Remote, Control4 is certainly taking fit and finish seriously.
